How to deal with leftover wontons

If I have to tell you what to do with left over wontons then once again, please leave the kitchen for your own safety, and the safety of all mankind. In short, deep fry those fuckers! If you don’t have a deep fryer heat your oil in a large pot to 175ºc and drop wontons into the oil for 2 minutes (4mins if wontons are straight from the freezer). Remove from oil with a slotted spoon and drain oil on a paper towel. Season with a pinch of salt and chow down with your favourite dipping sauce.
